The accommodation offers a warm welcome and great hospitality to all its guests. the highly recommended breakfast is delicious and hearty, including traditional Bosnian food that tastes superb. the owners are very helpful and provide travel tips, so you can make the most of your visit to the nearby attractions.
Some guests had difficulty locating the accommodation due to the inaccurate address, which can be a hassle for travelers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering us travel tips and advice without being pushy. The breakfast was delicious, including traditional Bosnian dishes. The room was nice and cozy, and it had a comfortable bed too. There was also a fridge and kettle provided, which was convenient. The location is great as it is in the heart of the town, close to several restaurants and shops. The breakfast was also decent with a variety of food options to choose from.
The atmosphere was not welcoming. The staff didn't seem friendly and helpful, and they were not eager to assist with any questions we had. The room we stayed in had a bit of a musty odor, which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. the customer service was lacking, and we didn't feel valued as guests.
